"How soon will I get my custom order?"
Completion times for custom orders range from 3 to 6 weeks, varying according to product type and quantity. This time frame is typically because soap bars undergo a curing process lasting 3 to 6 weeks.
"Can I return a product?"
Regrettably, returns are not accepted, and all sales are deemed final upon purchase. This policy is in place to preserve the 100% unused condition of each bath and body product we sell, ensuring cleanliness and quality, and to affirm that customers receive the complete product they paid for.
