FIT’n Life January Challenge

Are you looking to take back control of your health and/or your weight? Do you wish you had a coach to help you refocus?

Join FIT’n Life for a 28 day challenge in January to refocus your habits for good. This challenge will meet in person once a week and have virtual support throughout.

You’ll get education on how to best support your body through health coaching. This is your chance to get health coaching at a reduced rate for lasting changes.

Meetings will be on Saturday mornings from 10 - 11 am at Copper Chick’s Goat Soapery and Makery at 115 S. Main St., Crossville, TN. We will meet Jan. 6, 13, 20, and 27.

Sign up by Dec. 10, 2023 for an early bird rate of $100! Cost goes up to $150 for sign-ups between Dec. 11 and Jan. 1.
